Bosch Pro Insiders is a private online community in which we have invited a select group of people to become our trusted advisers, contributing to the development of Bosch power tool products and services. We are excited to share exclusive insider information and to enable you to interact with some of Bosch’s key staff members. Along the way, we’d also like to learn a little bit more about you, your unique lifestyle and how we can improve your experience with us.

As a member of this community, you will receive weekly emails inviting you to participate in various activities including surveys, polls, and discussion boards. It is our hope that you will drop in and see us once a week. Your feedback is very important and will help shape future offerings. In return, we will regularly share with you how your feedback is used to inform various Bosch products, services, and ideas.

WELCOME SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”)
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business located at 1800 W. Central Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056 (“Sponsor”), or its affiliates or promotion partners, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if conditions arise that compromise its integrity or intended play.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority, whichever is greater) and located in the United States and the District of Columbia at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Sponsor’s promotion partners and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, managers and employees (and immediate family members and those persons living in the same household of any such officers, directors, managers and employees) (collectively, the “Sponsor Entities”) are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win any Prize (as defined below) in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations and is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations, and where prohibited.

THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on June 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). During the Sweepstakes Period, there will be 3 monthly entry periods, which will coincide with each calendar month in the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: New members of the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation Market Research Online Community – BoschProInsiders.com are automatically entered to win during the Monthly Entry Period in which they join. Member must meet all eligibility requirements as outlined above.

Individuals who are existing members of the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation Market Research Online Community or not a member of the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation Market Research Online Community, but are otherwise eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes, may also enter by sending an email with your name, mailing address, phone number and email address to: NorthAmerica.MarketResearch@us.bosch.com. You must write Welcome Sweepstakes Entry in the subject line of the email.

Sponsor’s clock will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes. Any communication, data or other information transmitted by an entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether by email, data survey/query, text message or otherwise, is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Normal internet access and device usage charges imposed by your ISP may apply.

Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

PRIZES: For each Monthly Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period, each Winner (as defined below) will be awarded one grand prize comprised of the following:

(collectively, a “Prize”). The estimated retail value of a Prize is $588.99. The estimated retail value of all Prizes is $1766.97. If legitimately claimed, each Prize will be awarded. All taxes (federal, state and local) and other expenses not specified as part of each Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner (as defined below). Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash alternative or prize substitutions shall be available; provided, however, that Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value or, at Sponsor’s election, the cash value of the applicable Prize, in the event a stated Prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner for each Monthly Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period will be selected at random following the close of each Monthly Entry Period from all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. The odds of winning a Prize are dependent upon the number of entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Entries received during a Monthly Entry Period will not be eligible to win a Prize during subsequent Monthly Entry Periods, if any, left in the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner of each Prize by email using the contact information provided by the entrant at the time of entry. If the selected potential winner cannot be reached within two (2) business days or fails to complete the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below), Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prize to another entrant selected from the remaining eligible entries. This process may continue until the Prize has been awarded. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, Sponsor shall have no obligation to award any Prize if the initial entrant selected to win that Prize cannot be reached within two (2) business days or fails to complete the Prize Claim Documents. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is not received for any reason.

WARNING: The Prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes may be intended for adult use only. The Prizes may be dangerous if used at all, and more likely if not used properly and in accordance with the operator’s manual and safety instructions. The Prizes awarded are nontransferable and not for sale to minors or to any other person or entity. An entrant who accepts and receives any Prize does so knowingly, fully appreciating and accepting the actual or potential risk of death or injury that the Prize presents. By accepting a Prize, entrant personally assumes all risks of injury or death, and hereby releases the Sponsor Entities from any and all liability of any kind, as a result of or arising from the acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of such Prize.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Potential winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release and any applicable forms required by a taxing authority (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within the specified time period, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected using the procedures described above. Each potential winner who meets the eligibility requirements, timely responds to the potential winner notification, provides the Prize Claim Documents and otherwise complies with the requirements of these Official Rules will be declared a “Winner”. Each Winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, municipal and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize awarded. All expenses not specifically stated as being included are excluded, including, but not limited to, taxes, including any income tax, and are the responsibility of the Winner.

GENERAL RELEASE: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes a Winner’s permission for each of the Sponsor Entities to use winner’s name, photograph, submitted image content, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes related to this Sweepstakes or any promotional activity Sponsor engages in worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Each entrant agrees that the Sponsor Entities are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Prize. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that no Sponsor Entity has made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize, including, without limitation, to such Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant which cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the websites through which Sweepstakes entries are submitted, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

VENUE/JURISDICTION: These Official Rules shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, notwithstanding any conflict-of-law provisions that would require application of another choice of law. The parties consent to jurisdiction in the state courts of Michigan with venue in the County of Oakland.

PRIZES: For each Monthly Entry Period during the Promotion Period, each first prize Winner (as defined below) will be awarded one (1) $100 gift card, each second prize Winner (as defined below) will be awarded one (1) $50 gift card, and each third prize Winner (as defined below) will be awarded one (1) $25 gift card (each, a “Prize”). All gift cards must be selected by the applicable Winner (as defined below) from the pool of available vendors found on Bosch’s fulfillment partner, giftbit.com. If legitimately claimed, each Prize will be awarded. The total retail value of all Prizes is $600. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen gift cards. This process may continue until the Prize has been awarded. LIFETIME POINTS REDEMPTION PROGRAM RULES

Members of the Bosch Pro Insiders Lifetime Rewards Program (the “Program”) may redeem any new Lifetime Rewards Points at any time during active membership status.

Each 1,000 Points earned per Member is equivalent to $1 (one U.S. dollar). Members can exchange their qualified points earned throughout the year to gift cards through the Program. Members must have a minimum of 5,000 Points (or $5) to redeem the lowest gift card amount, which is $5. Members may redeem their accumulated Points at any time through the remaining calendar year, as long as the minimum of 5,000 Points is accrued in their account.

Bosch reserves the right, without any prior warning or notification sent from Bosch to the Member, to expire all unredeemed Points when a Member has not actively engaged with their Bosch Pro Insiders Member account (through no activity, no participation, or failure to login to an active account) for one hundred eighty (180) continuous days. Bosch also reserves the right, without any prior warning or notification sent from Bosch to the Member, to delete any Member account that is inactive and/or where there has been no login activity according to Bosch’s records for one hundred eighty (180) continuous days.
